Create engaging content that tells the story of community health centers, not just facts and statistics.

Focus on narrative storytelling from community health centers and staff at the Tennessee Primary Care Association.
Promote the TPCA Blog for long-form content.
Feature innovative community health center programs and initiatives.
Write compelling copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X in the Association’s “voice”; utilize tags and hashtags for higher visibility and engagement.
Use high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that are visually-enticing.

Social media metrics greatly increased during National Health Center Week increased compared to the week prior.
Post impressions increased from 753 to 7,643.
Average post engagements (e.g. likes, comments, interactions) increased from 11% to 15%.
Link clicks increased from 35 to 273.
The posts were shared by partner organizations such as community health centers, the National Association of Community Health Centers, Second Harvest, and more.

Determine brand identity. For Rosie’s Magical Books, we decided on three key words: Bookish, Witchy, and Magical.
Use the same brand logos, colors, and font in content.
Create a gameplan for content.
Build a monthly content calendar to keep posting consistent and on-track.
Strategize on content direction each month based on the season, holidays, trends, and upcoming events.
Create short-form, engaging, book-focused content that drives viewers to the website, without being too “salesey”.
